Raincastle Communications asked me to help with their Craft CMS site for The Betsy Lehman Center in 2016. I've been their Craft CMS developer ever since. The team is small, which allows me to cover a lot of roles, which I enjoy. In addition to the Craft CMS development work, I work with their design team to review UX and improve accessibility. 

The sites include a robust backup solution, static page caching, and critical CSS for optimal performance.
